The detection time was measured on programmer paper from the marker of
the T shock to the marker of VF.
Results: The acute-phase values were: R wave in true bipolar configuration 13.9 +/- 7.1 mV, R wave in integrated bipolar configuration 13.6 +/- 6.9 mV (p = 0.38), VF detection time in true bipolar configuration 3.12 +/- 0.39 seconds, and VF detection time in integrated bipolar configuration 3.17 +/- 0.39 seconds (p = 0.52).
Conclusions: Sensing and detection at implant were not significantly different between the true bipolar and the integrated bipolar configurations for the tested find more leads and generators. (PACE 2011; 34: 1561-1568)”
“Polarized Raman spectroscopy has been employed to investigate the evolution of the microstructure GSK461364 of 0.67PbMg(1/3)Nb(2/3)O(3)-0.33PbTiO(3) (PMN-33% PT) single crystal in the temperature range from -195 to 300 degrees C. The M-A-M-C-cubic transition sequence was observed in the microareas with M-A-type (space group Cm) and
M-C-type (space group Pm) monoclinic structures. Interestingly, the M-A-M-C phase transition temperature exhibited remarkable microareal dependence due to the spatial inhomogeneity of polar nanoregions (PNRs). The M-C-cubic phase transition took place at 155 degrees C in both microareas, which consisted well with previous reports. These results reveal that the phase transition in PMN-33% PT single crystal is closely related with the thermal dynamics of PNRs, which will be useful for understanding the microheterogeneity in this compound. “Somatic embryogenesis in Arabidopsis is achieved
by culturing bending-cotyledon embryos on a 2,4-D-containing induction medium for 14 d followed by a transfer on to a hormone-free development medium. Several genes orthologous to Arabidopsis SHOOTMERISTEMLESS (STM), CLAVATA 1 (CLV1), and ZWILLE (ZLL) were isolated from Brassica oleracea (Bo), B. rapa selleck PARP 抑制剂 (Br), and B. napus (Bn), and ectopically expressed in Arabidopsis to assess their effects on somatic embryogenesis. Ectopic expression of BoSTM, BrSTM, and BnSTM increased the number of somatic embryos, whereas a different effect was observed in lines overexpressing BnCLV1 in which somatic embryo formation was severely repressed. The introduction of BnZLL did not have any effects on Arabidopsis somatic embryogenesis. The increased embryo-forming capacity observed in lines overexpressing Brassica STM was associated with a lower requirement for the inductive signal 2,4-D, and a higher expression of WUSCHEL (WUS) which demarcates the formation of embryogenic cells. This was in contrast to the 35S::BnCLV1 lines which showed the highest requirement for exogenous 2,4-D and a reduced WUS expression.
